She Never Ceases to Amaze Me........

My Sister that is. The aspiring photographer that she is, I can only hope one day to be half as good as she is. She made my birth announcements for me. They turned out wonderful. Here is a sneak peek!

I know, I know I know........

I am the BIGGEST slacker when it comes to blogging. I must admit though, I have been a very busy women. My water brole around 8:30 at night following Thanksgiving dinner (he waited). Well Mason William arrived into this wonderful world on November 23, 2007 at 12:42 weighing in at a staggering 8 lbs 9 oz and 21 inches long. The delivery was interesting to say the least, and I would do it all over again 10 times more, (Craig says no but we'll see). I fell in love with him the moment I saw him. I must admit, I was a little aprehensive going into this new role of being a mommy to a boy, but I must say I am really loving it. He is another part of my world just like Maddie is. He is an old soul. Maddie is adapting well, we have our day but she is now wanting to hold him all the time. Mason loves to be cuddled just like Maddie used to like and he;s a great eater. I am nursing him so all is well so far. A little colicy here and there but not so so bad. He only cries when he wants something. He is so much fun to dress. I love making him look like a little old man. He scowls whenever he hears Maddie's voice. Little wrinkles scrunch up on his forhead and he looks up at me with the expression like, "Oh God Mommy, what is she going to do to me now. I just look down at him and go "Maddie loves you very much and she wants to show the world." Which is true. I don't know how many times she says "Mason, your my baby brother and I'm your big Siter. I Love You, awwww you're so cute (hugs and kiss).

Below are some of the pictures my sister took of this momentus occassion. I had my Mommy in there, Sandra and Craig of course. It was a wonderful experience for everyone. I look back at these pictures of him and still cry. The days go by so fast I feel that God should let us live in the moment just a little longer, but time goes on. So here he is everyone. My little Man. Mason.
